What this means
Organisation (Tenant) An organisation can contain multiple companies. Roles and access rights are managed at organisation level. The system supports multiple clients and multiple languages.
Companies (Payrolls) Each company has its own payroll, employees, periods and regulations. Payroll logic is defined per company and follows the regulations of the corresponding country.
Events (Case Changes) Payroll is driven by events. An event is any change in a company or employee situation: Hire, salary change, bonus, sickness, accident, leave, termination, etc. You report what happened. Ason understands the case and applies the correct payroll logic. Employee self-service is included.
Tasks (auto-created) Events automatically create tasks. Tasks guide users through the process: Missing data is flagged, checks are triggered, and users are informed what to do next. This includes HR tasks, payroll tasks and control tasks.
Results (always up to date) Results are always live and up to date. There is no payroll run and no recalculation step. Changes, retro calculations, corrections and cancellations are calculated immediately and documented. Control checks and discrepancies including their financial impact are visible at all times.
Payouts (anytime) Payouts can be triggered at any time within a period. Advance payments, corrections and final payments can all be processed in the same period.
Output At any time you can generate all payroll outputs: Payment files, posting documents, recaps, payslips, statements and reports. Country-specific outputs, declarations and forms for authorities and insurance companies are available under Countries.
Countries / Regulations Each country contains its own regulations, wage types, calculations, limits and forms. Regulations are updated continuously. This ensures that payroll logic always follows the current legal requirements.
